Account holder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify W3webmaster.com from any liability, claim, loss, damage, lawsuit or expenses resulting from account holder's use of these services that cause data lost and/or direct or indirect damage to the account holder or anyone else.
W3webmaster.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if service payments are not made within 30 days of invoice due date. If payment is not made by invoice due date any previously applicable early payment discounts are voided. Account holders are responsible for any charges accrued up to date of termination.
W3webmaster.com will not be responsible for account holder's data. Account holders are responsible for properly backing up their own data in the case of server failure. Account holders are also responsible for the accurate transmission of all data to the server. In addition,W3webmaster.com offers no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, legitimacy and/or quality of any data residing on W3webmaster.com server.
W3webmaster.com reserves the right to terminate service for any reason without prior notice. Any account holder that wishes to cancel their account must notify W3webmaster.com in writing. Upon cancellation, unused fees may be returned to account holder on a prorated basis. Set-up fees, first month's fee and current month's fee are not refundable. If W3webmaster.com terminates any account due to violation of Acceptable Use Agreement unused fees will not be returned.
